We’ve missed you!
We want our customers to be safe and confident when you return to our salon. So we ask all our customers to wear a face covering when you enter the salon. Staff will be wearing face coverings to help limit their exposure. We are keen to serve as many customers as possible. However we do not want to affect the quality of our service nor the safety of our customers. So we will be setting a limit to how many customers we allow in the salon at any time.
If it becomes busy we will have to set limits to ensure social distancing. This may mean we ask you to return at a later time. Please do not be offended – your safety is most important. Many of our services can be booked online at Treatwell – this way you can guarantee your appointment. A part of social distancing and limits to the number of customers in a salon means that the waiting area is very limited and we may not be able to offer this at busy times. We will get you looking fabulous with the least amount of exposure possible. Being open again means we get to see each other again. Whilst this means there is temptation for a hug and a catch up, social distancing will be strictly adhered to. Staff will leave lots of open space.
Cleanliness is highly important to us. Our plan will be to sanitize, disinfect, and sanitize again. There are a few touch points around the salon we will regularly keep clean, such as the chairs. At any time you will and can sanitise your hands.
Above all, we just want you to stay safe—and to do everything you can to make sure the people around you are safe and healthy, too.
